As part of our ambition to upskill employees and provide growth opportunities, Hegelmann has implemented a Learning and Development Program.
New courses were created in 2024 and they focused on social responsibility, environmental sustainability, business operations, and efficient management.
By the end of 2024, we concluded that 3,489 courses were completed, the average course rating was 9.13/10 for content quality and educational value, 93% of participants recommended the courses, 84% of participants applied the newly acquired knowledge, and the Total training hours for our employees was 582.4, which is 4 hours per employee on average.
Our future focus includes courses on energy efficiency, climate change, waste management, diversity & inclusion, positive Mindset, and anticorruption training.
