In 2024, Hegelmann developed a solid onboarding and career development program for drivers, with 19 new courses created by the end of 2024 through online modules and on-site training. 

The online courses cover topics regarding operational & administrative procedures, vehicle & equipment handling, transport & logistics, and safety, security & compliance. By providing these courses, we ensure road safety within our operations and that our drivers meet all requirements to align with industry regulations. 

We continue to develop new courses based on the needs of our drivers, changes in industry regulations, analysis of driver’s test results to reinforce knowledge gaps, and driver’s feedback and recommendations. Our future focus includes courses on Work Tool Course Package, Transport Manager, and Driver Communication Guide.
