IIn 2024, we welcomed 2,052 new employees, representing 44% of our total workforce. This brings the overall number of employees at Hegelmann to 4,683. 

Employee satisfaction remains a top priority for Hegelmann. As part of our ongoing commitment to improving working conditions, we conducted our annual employee satisfaction survey, and some of the key insights from the 2024 survey include: 

• 78% agree or strongly agree that their team works well together and supports one another. 

• 95% agree or strongly agree that their job responsibilities are clear and manageable. 

• 85% agree or strongly agree that their job utilises their skills effectively. 

• 61.6% agree or strongly agree that their work is engaging and fulfilling. 

These results indicate that Hegelmann is creating roles well-matched to employees’ capabilities and fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. 

While the feedback is largely positive, we are committed to continuous improvement. All constructive feedback from our employees is taken seriously and plays a vital role in shaping future enhancements to our workplace environment.
